I was wrong.
“It WAS real” have been my 1st thoughts as soon as we arrived Hotel Venezia. Almost everything about Hotel Venezia spells elegance. From the wonderful Venetian exterior (therefore the name) to the comfortable rooms and in some cases up to the scrumptious food... If not for the view with the Mayon Volcano outdoors the window, I could have sworn I've been transported to another country in just a blink of an eye.
For the following three days we have been immersed to the life of luxury.
Considering that we got tired from the travel from Manila, we opted to keep in on our very first day there. We took this chance to look about, only to be more and much more amazed with what we learn. Dotted about the swimming pool have been various comfortable lounge places ideal for two or 4 persons. I just about fell asleep when we stopped there!
We took the Misibis Bay Day Tour on our second day. I was really taken aback by how beautiful the whole spot is. They have a historic searching Ampitheater with Stonehenge that reminded me with the old ampitheaters in Rome. Additionally they have a charming small church that is definitely an ideal venue for weddings. We also got to try out the zipline in the end of our tour.
We finally attempted out the other non-motorized activities on the third day. Of the three, my favourite could be the hobie cat. Rather than machines, the hobie cat moves by means of wind energy. The entire ride felt like riding a banana boat with all the high speed splashes we got. The other two activities were kayaking and wind surfing. I sucked at the kayaks due to the fact I could hardly move forwards or backwards unless the pal sitting behind me requires over the handle. Wind surfing was a lot more tough, since the sail was pretty heavy. I'm confident maintaining it steady makes it even more complicated after the wind picks up the sail.
But it wasn’t just appears alone that created my trip to Hotel Venezia truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
I've not identified a staff a lot more friendly and hospitable as the ones in Hotel Venezia. They were extremely accomodating to my requests, even when it was for an additional pillow or for help in wind surfing. I in particular liked the welcoming comittee, who, despite the heat (and also the embarrasment), danced for us in welcome and gave us flower leis. To the kuyas in the activity regions (zip line, wind surfing, and so on.) who paitently answered our queries and taught us what we necessary to know.
So much to complete, so tiny time. I wonder when I will be able to go back to Hotel Venezia and Misibis Bay? This trip had costed me just about absolutely nothing thanks to our balikbayan friend. I recommended her to have a look at MetroDeal because I generally get a superb travel deal from the on the web shop. She did, and that is why we were there inside the first place. I'm genuinely glad that I found MetroDeal!
