I'm always looking forward to visit to Cebu. Great food, great sites, friendly people and rich history that dates back to the pre-colonial times. Unlike Manila, cebu is one of the finest places to settle in for this feels much safer, and the thing that makes me worried could be the language barrier, for I don't understand how to speak Cebuano.
